Will it be for the better or for the worse?
Video 1: – I can not say whether I am optimistic or pessimistic. I think Internet is a kind of tool that the Chinese people know how to use very cleverly, but the Chinese goverment does that too.
Video 2: – It will have a double effect. On the one hand the people of China will look for ways to find news from abroad through Internet. But on the other hand the Chinese government will use Internet to spread its fascist propaganda.
